Australian GST

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax which is applicable to goods being delivered within Australia only. If you are an international customer we will make the adjustment (minusing off the GST on the products ordered) at point of sale.

Minimum Order

Please note from 1st May 2006 a minimum purchase of $30.00, excluding freight, applies for all postal/mail orders.

Order Placement and Dispatch Time

Please order via our shopping cart, email or facsimile. Normally the goods will be dispatched within two working days of being ordered and receiving your payment. We will confirm receipt of order and dispatch via facsimile or email.

Payment

We can accept payment by cheque, money order (made out to Beeswax Creations) or Online Interbank Transfer of Funds (for Australian Customers). Banking details will be supplied to you after you have ordered. We can also accept credit card payments on our secure online server.

Shipping

If possible we will despatch orders within Australia in Express Post Satchels which incur a slightly cheaper—and faster - charge of $7.00 for up to 500 grams and $10.00 for up to 3 kg. If sent by Regular Parcel Post within Australia a flag fall is charged depending on where you live, and then a per kilo rate up to 20kg.

International Orders are sent Air Mail unless otherwise requested. All orders are fully insured.

Shipping costs will be advised when you place your order.

Privacy

We will not pass on any information given us by any other people or companies. Details of your credit card will not be held on any data base nor a permanent record of any sort kept in our files.

International Orders—Please note re: Customs

It is the responsibility of the customer to clear these goods through their respective customs authority and pay any taxes/duties owing. We cannot take responsibility for any goods unable to be delivered due to customs/import restrictions.
