Postage is by Australia Post unless otherwise requested.

All of Australia Post services are available and if the option you wish to choose is not available to you during the checkout process please request the service required in the comments section during checkout. Postage options shown to you during checkout include: Express Post 3kg Satchel ($12.00) Flat Rate - Perth Metro Area only - $9.50 and Australia Post - Australia Wide option - $25.85. 5 kg Express Post Satchels are now available for shipping. We have kept our express post rates on the website as a 3 kg satchel for $12.00 however if your order exceeds the limitations of a 3 KG satchel then it will be shipped via the more expensive 5 kg rate of $19.00. If the Express Post option is selected during checkout and the goods ordered do not fit the satchel the next best option for your order will be chosen at our discretion. The Australia Wide postage option will be adjusted accordingly (up or down) to suit products ordered, parcel weight, size and destination.

We take the upmost care in packing your orders to ensure that you receive your goods in the same condition in which they left here. Beeswax Creations will not be held responsible for any damage to any products during or after delivery. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen products once posted, unless registered and insured postage is requested. To request registered and insured post please add this request to the comments section of the checkout process. This will involve an additional $3.00 fee on top of your order total. We also reserve the right to adjust postage costs at any time without notice. Facilities exist within Australia Post that allow for an investigation on their part into damaged parcels.
